Did you know that you can see live the very places where Zheglov and Sharapov caught the Black Cat gang? These are five courtyards that have remained from the time of old Moscow at the beginning of the 20th century. If you go there, you will have the impression that you have been transported directly to the film, because everything has been preserved almost unchanged. According to the film, house number 12 once housed the apartment of the beautiful Varya Sinichkina.

Fans of Vysotsky often come to these courtyards, who brilliantly played the role of Gleb Zheglov (“No one will play Zheglov for you, because I...”). For his performance of this role, Vladimir Vysotsky was posthumously awarded the State Prize of the USSR.
