This monument consists of metal pipes bent in the form of a heart. Bells are hung inside, making a melodic ringing from the slightest breath of the wind. There is a belief that if, passing through the heart, you make a wish, it will certainly come true.

There is another tradition that is more like a game. Two people, standing on opposite sides of the heart, take turns blowing the bells until one falls out of strength. It is believed that the winner has a big heart.

And every year on Valentine's Day, a contest for the longest kiss is held in the Hermitage Garden.
