Dacha M. Kleinmihel
This is a great example of neo-Gothic style. In the central part of the house there are bronze figures of dragons. In the wrought-iron fence, you can clearly see the monogram of the initials of Countess Kleinmihel.
During the First World War, a hospital was organized here at the expense of the Countess herself. After the October Revolution, the hostess emigrated, and the dacha was transferred to a holiday home for workers. In the 1980s, the house was restored and became a river shipping club.
The mansion has now been restored and is in private ownership.
