The building gained such fame also because it is located in one of the quiet alleys of the capital, surrounded by typical houses of the 19th and 20th centuries, where you hardly expect to see such a structure.

The unusual building was built in 2003. It consists entirely of glass and concrete, and the facade is surrounded by decorative granite stone, which makes it look like a business center. But the first opinion in this case is deceptive — it is a residential building, which, according to one of the many versions, was conceived as a Corinthian capital.

There are only 20 apartments in the elite building, which are equipped with the most modern engineering and technical innovations. It should be noted that the A-class building has a gym, swimming pool and cigar room on the first two floors, and spacious terraces on the third floor.
