Grachevs' Dacha

A three-storey Art Nouveau mansion of mint color unusual for buildings of its time is one of the few surviving representatives of the Moscow dacha development of the outskirts of the beginning of the last century .

Nobody looks after the manor park now, so it is overgrown, but you can still see the traces of former alleys and park paths. One of the most important inhabitants of this place is a 150-year-old oak tree, standing right on the edge of a cliff near the house. There are also alleys of poplars, lindens and ash trees, also planted a long time ago.

Now the dacha is not empty - there is a traffic police department here. Everyone can just walk around the territory, and if you really want to be inside, come up with some small “car” business for yourself.
